Hotel Joyfull - Naples

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, and I enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks available 24/7. The shower had a minor issue with the bracket. Would definitely stay again!

The whole hotel is well-managed and makes an excellent impression. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast great for Italian standards. The hotel is a little far from the airport, but is easily accessible by car. At first glance, the area looks a bit shabby, but the hotel is a real gem.

The residents there are all very nice and courteous. We had pleasant conversations.

The area is very rundown. You don't want to be out at night.

The staff was super helpful, and we enjoyed the 24/7 snack bar with complimentary drinks. We had a great time visiting Molo Beverello Port and exploring local sights. The location was close to transport links. Highly recommend for a fun group trip!

While the hotel was nice, we faced an issue with the shower where the bracket didn't hold the showerhead properly was nice. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but something to consider for those on the taller side.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean,unlike the neighborhood which was very dirty, garbage all around.

The very low breakfast was very disappointing.The hotel was outside the city, very far from the city center, surrounded by garbage.

Nestle Nestle Nestle - are all products at breakfast .. Plastic is everywhere: plastic cups (disposable) at breakfast, plastic cups in the room, toilet paper rolls in plastic package.

The hotel offered complimentary drinks, including coffee and hot chocolate 24/7, a nice touch after a long day. Housekeeping did a thorough job of keeping the rooms super clean, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather.

The location felt a bit dodgy and unattractive. Public transportation options were lacking. The shower had inconsistent water pressure, and there were reports of the mattresses being way too firm, which wasn't ideal for a good night's sleep.

The spacious room was a highlight, equipped with sufficient amenities and the air conditioning worked well . Snacks and drinks were available around the clock, a thoughtful touch after long days. Unfortunately, we faced challenges with unreliable public transport, resulting in frustrating delays trying to reach the city center. The location felt a bit isolated and uninviting for evening outings which added to the overall cost.

The hotel is lovely and very convenient for the airport.

No restaurant on Sunday evening and the area is so bad we could not venture out to search. 15 euros for hotel garage for one night is pretty substantial

We had very bad feelling from area. It seemed dangerous and ditry. Internet access wasn´t free.

I was very dissapointed,I had requested when I made the booking a cot bed for my baby and on arrival was told they had no such information and that they didn't have any cot beds.I had to make a bed up for him on the floor with a blanket I found in the cupboard and my pillow and couldn't sleep for worrying about him all night.Also the food was really inedible,just awful and to top it off there was a powercut in my room all evening!The hotel also said it had a transfer to the airport but it did not and I ended up paying another 16euros in a taxi.I would have been better off staying in a decent hotel in the center of Naples and just paying for one taxi fare.Very dissapointing.
