Enjoyed fresh made breakfasts, and clean hotel.

We were offered toast and cereal in the morning.

The room was modern, quiet, with a lovely balcony, located very conveniently near transportation options like the railway station, metro, bus and tram.

The whole hotel is well-managed and makes an excellent impression. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast great for Italian standards. The hotel is a little far from the airport, but is easily accessible by car. At first glance, the area looks a bit shabby, but the hotel is a real gem.

Wonderful stay with helpful staff

I recently stayed at a hotel in Naples for a stopover and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and spacious with large rooms that were well-equipped and comfortable. Despite the area being a bit dirty, the hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when the restaurant was closed and they arranged for a delivery service for dinner. I appreciated their efforts to make sure I was taken care of. The hotel also offered a great deal with a local taxi company, which made getting to and from the airport convenient. The only drawbacks were the limited breakfast options and the lack of information about local transportation and the mini-bar prices. However, the overall experience was positive and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The residents there are all very nice and courteous. We had pleasant conversations.

The area is very rundown. You don't want to be out at night.

Nestle Nestle Nestle - are all products at breakfast .. Plastic is everywhere: plastic cups (disposable) at breakfast, plastic cups in the room, toilet paper rolls in plastic package.

Spacious, clean rooms. Helpful staff, arranged taxi. Close to transportation. Affordable and friendly services. Professional and friendly staff. Air-conditioned spaces. Nice and sufficient breakfast. Located in a quiet and safe area.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean,unlike the neighborhood which was very dirty, garbage all around.

The very low breakfast was very disappointing.The hotel was outside the city, very far from the city center, surrounded by garbage.

I was very dissapointed,I had requested when I made the booking a cot bed for my baby and on arrival was told they had no such information and that they didn`t have any cot beds.I had to make a bed up for him on the floor with a blanket I found in the cupboard and my pillow and couldn`t sleep for worrying about him all night.Also the food was really inedible,just awful and to top it off there was a powercut in my room all evening!The hotel also said it had a transfer to the airport but it did not and I ended up paying another 16euros in a taxi.I would have been better off staying in a decent hotel in the center of Naples and just paying for one taxi fare.Very dissapointing.

The venue is nicely decorated, pleasant, and conveniently located next to the railway, offering reasonably large rooms and a great selection of dishes for breakfast.

We had very bad feelling from area. It seemed dangerous and ditry. Internet access wasn´t free.

The hotel is lovely and very convenient for the airport.

No restaurant on Sunday evening and the area is so bad we could not venture out to search. 15 euros for hotel garage for one night is pretty substantial

The breakfast here is freshly cooked and delicious, especially the toast and cereals, the location is convenient and excellent, with close proximity to restaurants, major attractions, and the Garibaldi Train / metro station.
